Why Should My Dog Attend Daycare?
Daycare is an excellent way to give dogs the socialization and exercise they require to be at their best. Left alone at home, they can become sad and lethargic or turn to dangerous and expensive mischief to occupy themselves. Club Belly Rub gives dogs a chance to be part of a "pack" in a safe, monitored environment, when their owners are not around. It's also the perfect answer for the temporarily or permanently disabled dog to get the safety and attention he needs while you are away
The first step is to fill out our online application. Once we receive it, you will be contacted to schedule a temperament evaluation. In the mean time, we ask that you make sure your dog is current with his/her vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP and Bordatella). We will need proof of this during the evaluation.
Why do you require a temperament evaluation?
For the safety of everyone, it is important that all dogs interact positively together. For this reason, we require that all dogs pass a temperament evaluation. We want to make sure the dogs that attend Club Belly Rub are able to get along with humans and groups of dogs. Dogs that are anxious, nervous or frightened would not enjoy themselves. We want this to be a fun experience for them.
How do I get my dog evaluated?
Evaluations take approximately one hour and must be scheduled by phone. See Admissions Process for details.
